INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING PROGRAMs

All programs are created to suit the needs of the individual athlete. Training plans are sent out once a week, and can be altered as much as needed to fit the athlete's schedule. Programs include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Weekly training plan
  • Unlimited Communication (phone, email, text)
  • Long-term planning 
  • Race planning 
  • Race strategy

His custom training plans are built to provide the prep athlete with the perfect amount of training and guidance to succeed at the high school level, while gearing up for the transition to collegiate running.
